First I must warn you never order this meal if you have to head back to work. I was so full and ready to go to bed after eating this omelet.

Anyway, onto the review: This perfectly cooked omelet from Congressional Deli in Rockville, Maryland, consisted of the perfect amount of cheese, spinach and mushrooms.

Every bite was so delicious. I was full after half the omelet, but kept eating because the flavors and my taste buds were having a party in my mouth.

The home fries were not what I expected. They look more like hash browns with onions in them, did not have much flavor. They would have been delicious if they were seasoned more as well as cooked a little longer.

Not pictured were two slices of perfectly buttered wheat toast.

I washed everything down with Everfresh Premium Papaya Juice.

If I order this meal again, I will just have the omelet with toast.

I highly recommend this omelet. If you decide to try it, bon apetit.
